A little bit about me...
As a Le Cordon Bleu graduate, I moved to Asheville, NC, to join forces with the first culinary brigade at Cedric's Tavern, at The Biltmore Estate. From there I moved throughout the city to different eateries, including Curate and the Grove Park Inn and have competed in the WNC Chefs Challenge.
Now living close to the coast, in Burgaw, NC, I sell products at local markets in the Burgaw & Wilmington areas and via online.
